Clinic Information

Host A Clinic

Our charge is $1200  for a clinic , which consists of 14 - 15 hours of  clinic time, plus expenses ex. travel, meals, and lodging.  The hours can be over 2 or 3 days. For ex. Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday morning till 1pm., or over 2 Full days.     We will limit the horse/rider combinations to 10 - 12, depending on the arena size and unlimited spectators.  The host can charge as they see fit, as there will be extra expenses such as facility cost, snacks, speaker system, etc.  You may want to provide a meal or other special things. We recommend that the clinic be a minimum of 2 days and can be expanded to 3 – 4 days.Extra days are $600/day. These extra days can be used for individual or group session to allow more riding time.

As host of a clinic you are responsible for finding the venue, setting the registration price, handling the registrations, advertising etc.   Indoor or outdoor, however with an indoor arena we don't have to be concerned with weather! We will supply information for you to use as well as the registration form

We have manuals for the weekend and we recommend  reading the manual prior to the weekend.  We encourage you to find time to read the manual as we believe our time together will be much more profitable and successful for YOU.  Questions from the manual can then be answered on the weekend.  These can be purchased on the website as a PDF file or we will mail you a copy.

When we receive registration and 50% deposit from individuals we will send a welcome letter along with a questionnaire with questions about horse and rider to help us with the clinic set up.

Thank you for your interest in hosting a clinic with Qavah HorseSense HorseManship.
